Battle of the BandsWhere: Downtown Swainsboro When: May 1, 2010 (12 noon) The Battle of the Bands will be held at the Bone Yard in downtown Swainsboro. Parks at Chehaw Animal EncounterWhere: Recreation Department When: April 29 & 30, 2010 Animal Encounter to entertain thousands! "The Parks at Chehaw" will be a part of this year's Pine Tree Festival & EXPO also. "The Parks at Chehaw" present an animal encounter that is both entertaining and educational. Shown will be animals native to Georgia and many exotic species. The show will be available for school children to see on Thursday and Friday morning, and to the public on Friday afternoon and Saturday. We, the members of the Seedling Garden Club, would like to invite you to the flower show, "Our Musical Garden". If you listen closely, every plant in a garden has its own sound and rhythm coming together in a unique way to present a most entertaining musical. Come along to the East Georgia College on April 24 2010 (3 - 5 pm) and view the best of the best in flowers and plants. It is free and open to the public.
