The Pine Tree Festival & Southeast Timber Expo is a celebration of Emanuel County’s most prominent natural resource and leading industry. Each year, thousands gather to celebrate the pine tree’s contribution to the area through sporting events, beauty pageants, concerts, and more. A Forestry Field Day and Timber Exposition provide educational opportunities for landowners, foresters, loggers and outdoor enthusiasts, and the annual GFA Regional Landowners’ Meeting provides great networking opportunities for those in the timber industry.

The two-week long event culminates on May 4, 2013 in downtown Swainsboro with an exciting parade, arts and crafts vendors, a car show, nationally acclaimed entertainment, and much, much more.
